Dr. Michael J. Mullaney graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia in 1983. Since that time, he has practiced chiropractic with an emphasis on whole-body wellness, including nutritional counseling.
Dr. Mullaney's specialties include injuries due to auto accidents, any chronic pain to the neck, mid back, lower back, arms, or legs. He often works with athletes, managing injuries or simply enhancing their performance abilities.
Dr. Mullaney knows injury from the inside out, having suffered from two major lower back injuries himself. His experience with two fractures of the lumbar spine, as well as two herniated discs, has allowed him to discover accelerated paths to long-term recovery. Patients will find Dr. Mullaney especially sensitive to their injuries, as well as uniquely qualified to help.
His methods include Manual/Bone Manipulation with light force, use of a drop table, activator, low level laser therapy, stretching, and trigger point massage.
His further education includes courses on the use of low-level laser taught by the chiropractor of Lance Armstrong, the Tour de France cyclist of great fame.
His teaching credits include Continuing Education to Chiropractors classes in California, Florida and Oregon, and time on the faculty of Life-West Chiropractic College in San Lorenzo, California.
